Kane Development is a luxury residential design-build firm, founded, owned and operated by David Kane. He has been serving the greater Boston area since 1985. Offering complete Luxury Residential Design/Build services with over 30 years of client satisfaction and cutting edge building science.
David stands out from other homebuilders in the area because of his passion for architectural design, developing real estate, and building beautiful custom homes for families in Weston and neighboring towns.
DAVID KANE
Kane Development Corp has a passion for building. For more than three decades, David has constructed some of the most detailed and architecturally challenging homes in Weston, Massachusetts and surrounding towns. Construction is a family business that started generations ago in the Kane family. David began his career by working alongside his Dad. At a young age he realized he had a unique talent for creative design and working with people. David is known to have earned the trust of his clients early on in the process and to give them the peace of mind in knowing that he will execute their dream home with great care.
His creative talents are backed with a Bachelor's degree from Boston College in Business management, Marketing & Finance. After he completed his undergraduate education Dave studied photography in Boston which still proves to be a strong asset for effective and successful projects. Kane Development Corp holds both a residential and commercial construction license. They create most of their own architectural designs from concept to completion and work with leading architectural firms to build their clients their dream homes.
David's emphasis on unique design, service, quality and value has been applauded by television, the press as well as his customers, so many of whom have purchased multiple homes from him.
